Food Vendor Application

Below is the entry form to Rumble In Rocko Inc’s, 5th Annual car show, the Halloween Spooktacular!

All the information we have requested is required before we can consider your application.

1. Current permit to trade in the City of Rockingham.
2. Copy of your current menu, including prices.
3. Photos of your set up (what customers will see)
4. Size of the area you will require for set.
5. Photos you’d be happy for us to share online.
6. Certificate of currency, for your current liability insurance.

Once we have received all of these details, the committee will review your application. Once this process has occurred, you will be sent an invoice.

Below is some extra information you may need:
Location: Dixon Road Reserve, Dixon Rd, Rockingham
Date: October 25^th, 2025
Time: 4pm to 8pm. Club members and volunteers will be onsite from 12noon, should you wish to arrive early to set up.
Theme: As you may have guessed from the name of the event, we are doing a Halloween theme this year! This is totally up to you, but we’d love to see your van/set up with a little Halloween flare!
Fee: $50
